Our STRONG trainer Oyinda will be taking you through a highly effective advanced form of strength training.
The main programming of this guide follows a triset structure hitting all 3 training rep ranges results. That means during every gym session you will train across strength, hypertrophy and muscular endurance.
This method of training is seriously effective at building muscle and burning fat. The STRONG HOME guide is completely impact free and requires 1 pair of dumbbells.
Are you ready to find balance?
BALANCE trainer Phoebe will be taking you through all NEW to SHREDDY, sculpt pilates workouts as well as the ultimate hybrid of power yoga and strength training.
Each week has 2 home or gym workouts to build muscle and challenge your cardiovascular system.
You don't need ANY equipment other than bands for all home workouts, but don’t let that fool you ladies…
Get ready for sculpting workouts designed to build long lean muscles and find inner strength like nothing before.
This challenge is designed for anyone to be able to take part! When enrolling you will be able to pick between the home or the gym guide so you can do whichever is best suited for you and your preferences.
Definitely! When enrolling in the challenge you will be asked to pick your preference from a range of dietary options including vegan and vegetarian, and your meal plan will then be automatically generated in your planner.
To help with your biggest transformation yet, we will be covering your full body throughout the challenge workouts. You can choose to do 3 or 5 sessions per week - a mix between full body, upper body and lower body….with lots of spicy finishers!
Yes of course! The guide is designed for you to challenge yourself at your own level. The speed/weights used/ rest taken is all up to you.
Absolutely! The challenge starts on Monday 17th January however enrolment closes on Friday 21st January, so you have plenty of time to take part.
The workouts will range from 35 - 60 minutes depending on the session. You can move sessions to work around your schedule.
