Honestly, I started taking shreddy again after having my baby. I have a toddler that was sick with a cold when I brought my newborn home. When I say she infected EVERYONE except ME is insane. I take it religiously everyday and so far 6 weeks in, just haven't caught a thing and my hair and skin are the best they've been. I dis order the cherry this time and I will say, if you like dr. Pepper you will love it, even if its in a smoothie you'll taste it, its so strong. So will stick to the mango next time!

Brighter skin, better digestion, more alert and a reduction in very irritating itching I've had that I chalked up to my skin needing moisture has completely gone. Whatever my skin needed, SUPERGREENS has it. An unexpected but welcome impact. It tastes great too!

I can't tell yet whether it's making a health benefit difference, but it's quite pleasant to drink, doesn't taste like pure green like some do. It is quite difficult to dissolve, but a nice enough drink once you do.

These super greens are great! They have a really nice taste and have made me feel and look healthier - my skin looks smoother and more glowy and my hair looks less thin than before. Although not the cheapest product, I would recommend!
