1. The Promoter
The promoter is: Shreddy Limited, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales with registered company number: 12231699 and registered address: 22 Chancery Lane, London, United Kingdom, WC2A 1LS

2. The competition
2.1. The title of the competition is SHREDDY2022 CHALLENGE.
2.2. SHREDDY2022 CHALLENGE starts at 8:00am on 17 January 2022 and will end at 23:59pm on 20 March 2022.
2.3. SHREDDY2022 CHALLENGE will last for 8 weeks from the start date.
2.4. In order to enter, the participant will need to be following @shreddyclub and @shreddy on Instagram.
2.5. Every Monday, from 24 January 2022 until 14 March 2022, SHREDDY will announce a different fitness challenge on the Instagram pages mentioned in clause 2.4. There will be a total of 8 challenges.
2.6. To be entered into SHREDDY2022 CHALLENGE the participant will need to tag @shreddy in their stories and posts when completing the specific challenge.
3. How to enter
3.1. The competition will run from 8:00am on 17 January 2022 (the "Opening Date") to 11:59pm on 20 March 2022 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
3.2. Each week from the Opening Date until the Closing Date will consist of a different challenge.
3.3. For SHREDDY to receive the entry, the participant will need to tag @shreddy for each challenge (participants can choose which week’s challenge they enter into, or better still, can enter into all 8 challenges).
3.4. Each challenge entry must be received by the Promoter (via Instagram) by the end of that particular week (so, for example, week 1 will have a specific challenge and to enter into that particular challenge, the participant will need to tag @shreddy with their challenge, and they must do so by the end of that particular week).
3.5. All challenge entries received after the end of each week’s given challenge will not be considered.
3.6. You must be an active SHREDDY app subscriber to enter the SHREDDY2022 CHALLENGE.
3.7. The Promoter will not accept:
(a) responsibility for competition entries that are submitted outside of the weekly timeframe;
(b) any entries consisting of any inappropriate content, including but not limited to obscenity, nude images or foul language; or
(c) entries that contain incorrect tags.
3.8. By submitting a competition entry (via tagging @shreddy, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions).

3.11. The competition entries will be judged by a panel of three judges where considerations will be given to the most original, appropriate and enjoyable content. The decision of the panel of judges (acting reasonably) will be final.
3.12. The Promoter will send the full names of the judges to anyone who writes to the Promoter within 1 week after the Closing Date of the competition requesting details of the judges.
4.1. The competition is open to all residents worldwide aged 18 years or over.
4.2. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
4.3. There is a limit of one entry to each challenge per person (i.e. each participant can enter into all 8 challenges). Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
4.4. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.
5. The prize
5.1.The prizes to be won for each challenge is as following:
5.2. Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize.
5.3. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
5.4. Should you be a winner of a prize, you will be contacted by Ellen Showalter, a representative of SHREDDY, who will assist you with receiving your prize.
6.1. The decision of the Promoter is final.
6.2. The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date via direct message on Instagram.
6.3. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the @name of the winner on Instagram, if applicable, their winning entries after the Closing Date (Announcement Date).
6.4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter [email@example.com]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
7. Claiming the prize
7.1. Please allow 30 days for the delivery of the prize OR If you are the winner of the prize, you will have 10 working days from the Announcement Date to claim the prize by.
7.2. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7.3. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 10 working days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
7.4. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights
9.1. All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and the Promoter will be able to use the content submitted on their social platforms.
9.2. By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:
(a) assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and
(b) waive all moral rights, in and to your competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
9.3. You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website www.shreddy.com, on its Instagram accounts (@shreddyclub and @shreddy), and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry.
10. Data protection and publicity
10.2. By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.
11.1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
11.2. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
11.3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Governing Law
12.1. This agreement and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
