For the first time ever, the challenge will be happening within the SHREDDY app, with a brand new 8 week SHRED IT Challenge Guide and mini-challenges every week.
This challenge is all about transforming your fitness, reaching your own personal goals, and getting REAL RESULTS in 8-weeks. Are you ready?
The #SHREDIT challenge kicks off on Monday 20th September, and enrolment closes on Monday 27th September.
You will need to have a SHREDDY app subscription to take part and be following @shreddy & @shreddyclub on Instagram to tag us in your mini-challenge evidence. We’ll be checking!
To win the overall SHRED IT challenge prize you’ll need to have completed the 8-week challenge guide by Sunday 21st November. This is all about doing it together so we also want to see you being active and engaged in the app community and on socials throughout the 8 weeks.

- We will guide you through proper technique and form for all compound movements including Squat, Deadlift and Hip Thrust.
- Educate you on how to brace and use your core properly. How to push yourself in a workout.
- Teach you all about progressive overload and when to up your working weight.
This challenge is designed for anyone to be able to take part! When enrolling you will be able to pick between the home or the gym guide so you can do whichever is best suited for you and your preferences.
Definitely! When enrolling in the challenge you will be asked to pick your preference from a range of dietary options including vegan and vegetarian, and your meal plan will then be automatically generated in your planner.
To help with your biggest transformation yet, we will be covering your full body throughout the challenge workouts. There are 5 sessions per week - a mix between full body, upper body and lower body….with lots of spicy finishers!
Yes of course! The guide is designed for you to challenge yourself at your own level. The speed/weights used/ rest taken is all up to you.
Absolutely! The challenge starts on Monday 20th September however enrolment closes on Monday 27th September, so you have plenty of time to take part.
The workouts will range from 35 - 60 minutes depending on the session. You can move sessions to work around your schedule.
