For the first time ever, our gals could train alongside our brand new SHREDDY Trainers with an option to choose from 3 of our amazing Trainer Challenge Guides! Whether the goals were looking to get STRONG with Oyinda, TRANSFORM with Nimah or be BALANCED with Phoebe, the #CHOOSEYOURSELF Challenge had something for everyone, no matter your goals.
On top of that, we ran weekly mini-challenges for the chance to win life-changing prizes from a month's rent to a holiday! Completing our 6 week challenge meant our SHREDDERS were in the running of winning one of 3 x £2k cash prizes!
Enrollment for the #CHOOSEYOURSELFCHALLENGE opens on Monday 16th May and the challenge kicks off on Monday 23rd May.

Niamh’s killer TRANSFORM challenge guide contains a mix of bodybuilding style hypertrophy training with short sharp cardio & core finishers. There are 2 x glute focussed days, a weekly cardio and core challenge and 2 x upper body days.
Home guides follow a circuit and AMRAP structure with bodyweight and plyometric movements to challenge the body in 30 minutes and still see significant improvements in fitness and body composition.
Oyinda’s brand new STRONG challenge guide is strength based, containing a mix of low rep heavy compound lifts, drop sets and high intensity strength training. The main focus of this challenge guide is to increase muscular strength and size over the 6 weeks. The guide focuses on full body strength and uses a mix of tempo, paused and increased ROM exercises to increase the time that muscles are under tension for, and ultimately increase strength.
Introducing BALANCE with Phoebe, a program that combines power yoga with home or gym body sculpting workouts. The power yoga sessions are 20-30 minutes and challenge your muscles and CV system by keeping intensity high and challenging your core, balance and mobility. This challenge guide has a holistic focus to fitness focusing on increasing mobility, enhancing recovery AND has a splits specific focus whilst incorporating transformation based workouts throughout.
This challenge is designed for anyone to be able to take part! When enrolling you will be able to pick between the home or the gym guide so you can do whichever is best suited for you and your preferences.
Definitely! When enrolling in the challenge you will be asked to pick your preference from a range of dietary options including vegan and vegetarian, and your meal plan will then be automatically generated in your planner.
To help with your biggest transformation yet, we will be covering your full body throughout the challenge workouts. You can choose to do 3 or 5 sessions per week - a mix between full body, upper body and lower body….with lots of spicy finishers!
Yes of course! The guide is designed for you to challenge yourself at your own level. The speed/weights used/ rest taken is all up to you.
Absolutely! The challenge starts on Monday 17th January however enrolment closes on Friday 21st January, so you have plenty of time to take part.
The workouts will range from 35 - 60 minutes depending on the session. You can move sessions to work around your schedule.
