A pair of SHREDDY Ankle Weights weigh 2kg each (a total of 4kg). They help to increase the intensity of your workouts whether you’re training at home or at the gym! 

The tapered design in soft touch neoprene and the iron bead filling allows each weight to comfortably fit around the ankles whilst the weights are held in place using a velcro strap.
