trainer at gym let me use hers while she taught me
some workouts. i didn't even realize the band was XX Heavy, it's amazing. love this way more than rubber bands that roll up and hurt. great quality and very very worth the money

Be weary! They don’t allow returns. Even if unopened

Didn’t like the ankle weights! Not good for small/thin ankles as the weight is not evenly distributed.. very uncomfortable.
