This challenge is designed for anyone to be able to take part! When enrolling you will be able to pick between the home or the gym guide so you can do whichever is best suited for you and your preferences.
Definitely! You can pick from a range of dietary options including vegan and vegetarian. When selected your meal plan will then be automatically generated in your planner.
