A pair of SHREDDY Ankle Weights weigh 2kg each (a total of 4kg). They help to increase the intensity of your workouts whether you’re training at home or at the gym! 

 

The tapered design in soft touch neoprene and the iron bead filling allows each weight to comfortably fit around the ankles whilst the weights are held in place using a velcro strap.

Love them!!

Love the ankle weights. So beautiful and sleek…just what I wanted (trying to fix a glute imbalance). Only issue is the amount of sellotape on the parcel. After following Grace for many years I would’ve thought she’d use something more sustained like paper tape.
